The accommodation at Rathgillen House was fantastic, with spacious rooms and a fully stocked kitchen. the host, Peter, was very welcoming and friendly. the property is set on a farm, offering a lovely and peaceful environment. There is plenty of space for children to run around and play. a great place to stay.

The host was really nice, always helpful and gave great tips on what to do nearby. the property was clean and comfortable, and the dining/sitting room was perfect for our group. the view from the highest point was amazing. the location was convenient as it was close to a popular theme park and only an hour away from a major city. Plus, there were plenty of options for food in a nearby town.

We had some confusion at the end of our stay because we forgot to arrange where to leave the keys. It would have been helpful if that was clarified beforehand.

The bathrooms in Rathgillen House were amazing! There were four of them and each one had a shower. It felt so luxurious to have my own bathroom, and the showers were really nice too. Plus, they even provided a hairdryer, which was super convenient for me as I forgot to bring mine. it made my stay extra comfortable and convenient.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the decor in one of the bathrooms. But hey, that's just me.

The host is incredibly attentive and will do whatever it takes to make your stay comfortable. Enough room and a good living space for everyone. Good WiFi and a large kitchen for cooking and spending time together.

The location of this charming farmhouse was perfect for us, allowing us to conveniently visit Tayto Park and also providing easy access to nearby towns. The house itself was immaculate with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of fresh towels. The owner, Peter, was exceptionally kind and helpful, offering a tour of the farm and providing valuable recommendations for local dining options. The spacious rooms and lovely surroundings made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We also appreciated the warm welcome and the interesting history of the property shared by Peter.

The neighboring rental property guests' dogs were quite noisy during our second night, which was a minor inconvenience.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor of Rathgillen House. The vintage furniture and beautiful paintings gave it a warm and homely atmosphere, which made me feel right at ease. The general areas, such as the living room and dining area, were spacious and well-maintained, making it convenient for senior people like myself to navigate around. the hotel's accessibility features, such as ramps and handrails, made it easy for me to move around without any difficulty.

I would have preferred if the children working there were a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests. Although they were generally friendly and polite, they could have been more proactive in offering assistance and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay.

The owner was welcoming and had the house warm upon our arrival. The kitchen was well-equipped for self-catering. The spacious house was perfect for our two families, allowing the kids to play freely. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the farm setting.

The bathrooms were a dream! I mean, seriously, 4 bathrooms with showers and hairdryers? It felt like a luxury spa retreat and made getting ready in the morning a breeze. As someone who values convenience and enjoys a little pampering, this was a major plus for me.

I have to admit, as much as I loved the bathrooms, I found one feature a bit underwhelming. The hairdryers provided were not the most powerful.
